FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do you accept HMOs?

- Not yet, we currently take cash payments but are working on getting coverage from the major HMOs in the country.

 

2. Is there parking?

- There is, but only for cars shorter than a Toyota Vios. Please give our number a call before you arrive for us to be able to inform security to assist you up the car lift to the 2nd floor parking building. For longer vehicles, please park at Robinsons Magnolia and walk across the Aurora Boulevard Footbridge to P&S Building. Please come 30 mins early to ensure you are on time to your appointment.

3. What conditions do you treat?

- We treat all musculoskeletal conditions such as rotator cuff tendinitis, chronic low back pain, shoulder impingement, frozen shoulder, sciatica, neck pain, etc.

- We also treat post-operative patients with shoulder, knee, foot & ankle, hip, and elbow surgeries

Eg. Ligament reconstructions (ACL, UCL, Achilles, etc.), labral repairs, fractures.

- We also specialize in Return-To-Sport cases.

4. Do you take credit cards?
- No, we currently only accept GCash, Bank Transfer (BDO and BPI), and Cash (least preferred option), but we are working on accepting all major credit cards.

5. Are you only for athletes?

- Nope. We believe elite care is for everyone, and Bulletproof is a vision of democratizing elite care to the everyday Filipino.

6. Can I go to Bulletproof even without pain?

- Yes, we emphasize the concept of building resiliency through Prehab and Strength & Conditioning.
