Our S&C program bridges the gap between rehabilitation and athletic performance, designed specifically for clients who want to go beyond recovery and reach their physical potential.

1. Performance Assessment: The Blueprint of Strength

Purpose: To evaluate baseline performance, movement efficiency, and readiness for training.

Before starting any S&C program, each client undergoes a comprehensive performance assessment. This ensures that every training plan is customized, evidence-based, and aligned with the client’s goals — whether that’s returning to sport, improving gym performance, or enhancing overall resilience.

1. Movement Screening:

Functional movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, rotate) are analyzed for stability, mobility, and coordination.


2. Strength & Power Profiling:

Includes assessments like isometric holds, jump tests, and load-velocity profiling to identify deficits and asymmetries.


3. Energy System Evaluation:

Cardiovascular and muscular endurance are assessed for balanced performance development.


4. Goal & Lifestyle Review:

Tailored programming based on the client’s sport, training schedule, and recovery capacity.


Outcome:

A performance roadmap detailing strengths, weaknesses, and a phased training strategy for measurable improvement.

Purpose: To deliver training that is individualized, efficient, and progressive.
Each client receives a customized S&C program built on scientific principles of periodization, load management, and adaptation.

Our approach combines the precision of rehabilitation with the demands of performance training — ensuring that every exercise has purpose and progression.

Phase 1: Foundation & Movement Quality

Correct imbalances and reinforce proper movement mechanics.

Focus: stability, mobility, core integration, and joint control.

Phase 2: Strength Development

Introduce structured loading to enhance force production and tissue capacity.

Focus: multi-joint compound lifts, progressive overload, tempo control.

Phase 3: Power & Performance

Develop explosiveness, reactivity, and sport-specific performance.

Focus: plyometrics, velocity-based training, agility, and speed work.

Phase 4: Maintenance & Longevity

Optimize training for sustainability and injury prevention.

Focus: recovery strategies, movement variability, and load balance.
